The duration is 3 months

Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC)

This course is a six months distance learning program for developing Six Sigma experts. Our program gives candidates the skills and knowledge in achieving top leadership of business improvement projects. This course covers entire DMAIC model of Six Sigma Black Belt. This course helps in building business improvement campaign such as deploying Six Sigma projects for improving performance. It also covers statistical tools and techniques to make data driven based decisions.

Six Sigma Black Belt (DFSS)

This course is a six months distance learning program for developing Six Sigma experts in designing six sigma processes, that is, new product launch or launching a project or market share improvements projects. This course is designed for and focuses on non-existing processes.
The methodology adopted is DMADV model of Six Sigma. Various statistical tools involved in the five phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Validate, are taught.

Six Sigma Green Belt

This course is a 3 months distance learning program for developing Six sigma green belts who can help /associate black belt projects.
The six sigma Green belt designed for the candidates who understand the methodology, basics, skills, and knowledge required to help and participate in six sigma black belts and their projects. They can also independently carry six sigma green belt projects which are in short in duration and with less complexities

The six sigma 3 months champion Course helps the individual to lead and drive six sigma initiatives in his unit/location.
